We’re a small (7-person), fast-moving team building AI-driven products at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and automation.
Our culture is built on speed, hypotheses, and ownership — no bureaucracy, no endless approvals.
We run one profitable product (2 new products are in development) and are now looking for a Growth Manager to scale user acquisition, optimize funnels, and uncover new growth opportunities.

A Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- Finds channels that can drive real users and revenue
- Tests ideas quickly using imperfect data
- Automates repeatable processes
- Pushes the team to deliver faster iterations
- Has deep knowledge of the user-acquisition process
- Sets up experiments for the Web2Web funnel and within the product
This is a hands-on role. You will execute, measure, iterate, and scale.
Requirements
- Proven track record in scaling and optimizing Web2Web / Web2App quiz funnels for higher CVR, CTR, and ROAS
- Proven record of improving LTV and retention
- Experience managing digital funnels and paid campaigns with $1M+ monthly spend
- Experience analyzing markets, competitors, and monetization models
- Understanding of ad auctions, networks, and performance metrics (hands-on experience is a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of Amplitude, BI tools, and analytics
- Enjoys working in small, high-speed teams
- Fluent Russian (English is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with TikTok / Meta / Google campaign setup and optimization
- Experience with payment systems, attribution, and tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Generate and test hypotheses to improve conversion funnels and monetization
- Analyze key growth metrics (ROAS, LTV, CAC, Retention) to find scalable growth levers
- Experiment with new funnels, channels, and approaches to scale growth
- Proactive communication with UA manager, creative department, and payment manager
