🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Creative Producer who knows how to build high-performing mobile creatives for TikTok/Meta, understands performance metrics, and moves fast. Someone who turns ideas into real growth — not slides.

🔥 What we look for

Proven performance track record

  • 3+ year creating mobile performance creatives
  • Portfolio with 10+ winning creatives (ROAS uplift / CPA drop)
  • Full cycle ownership: research → concept → script → control of production → delivery
  • Knows what makes a creative scale on TikTok/Meta

High-speed production

  • 50–80  creatives weekly (iterations + new concepts)
  • Fast loop: test → analyze → improve → re-launch
  • Can work with designers, motion artists
  • Short, sharp briefing. High quality. No babysitting.

Analytical mindset

  • Confident with ROAS, CPA, IPM, CTR, CPM
  • Understands creative testing frameworks
  • Can quickly identify winners vs. dead weight
  • Sees hypotheses behind numbers, not just analytics dumps

Creative strategy & trend intuition

  • Deep understanding of TikTok/IG visual language
  • Strong storytelling: tension, native humor, emotional triggers
  • Knows how to leverage trends

Tech-driven workflow

  • Comfortable with AI: img2vid, text2vid, AI voiceover, automation pipelines
  • Can speed up production via systemization
  • 20%+ time-to-market reduction is a big plus

Language

  • English B2+
